Hi everyone, I was adding another collaborator account with an email I had created myself and noticed these notifications on the collaborator's main page, see below. I hadn't paid attention to this before, checked it out and see the intent is to poach clients...why else would a MP Showroom with all the cameras be displayed in a collaborators account? Has this already been brought up in this forum? I find this so deceiving and frustrating... |

Yep, it's been happening for a long time. Very dirty way to do business. Easiest way is to create an email address yourself, create the collaborator access and give them the username and a different password to the email password. It's a pain in the ass but you then have control of what comes in. There is an option to unclick not to receive any communication when you initially add them as a collaborator. It's selected by default, for this exact reason. |

Thanks @DanSmigrod and @Jamie yes, I knew about MP automatically checking off receiving promotional material when registering which is why I always create my own collaborator emails but the MP showroom is new to me...I just find it so disappointing... | ||
