Hi All, If you open/close/open doors while scanning – and notice that you can not walk through the "open" door in the Matterport Spaces 3D Tour, try a Matterport "trim sandwich" technique, as recommend by Matterport. From the Matterport Support page: --- For now, you can fix a blocked door by doing the following, after duplicating the model on your iPad (just in case): 1. Find the affected doorway and mark both sides of the door with trim markings. This is called a "trim sandwich." 2. Both markings must face each other and toward the image of the closed door. 3. Upload the model. Source: Matterport While Matterport does not charge you to re-process the model, it does change the URL. So, make sure you are done with processing, before moving on to Matterport Workshop to do MatterTags, Snapshots, etc. Have you tried a Matterport "trim sandwich"? Please share your story and, if possible, please include the before and after model and/or a screen grab of the mini-map. Best, Dan |

yes, I don't like the teleport look that you experience when walking through the "sandwich". Also if you look closely, the dollhouse view will no longer be open in the sandwich, but replace by an image. | ||
