Download the Matterport Showcase app. Then download it to that using the code at the end of the link. | ||

As @3SixtyNow mentioned, the only way to have the models available offline on an iPad, is to download the free "Matterport 3D SHOWCASE" app in the apple app store. Once the app is downloaded, you'll notice there are 3 tabs at the bottom: "Featured", "Downloaded" and "Cloud". Click on "Cloud" and then click on the search icon (magnifying glass) on the top right side of the screen. It will ask you "Enter Space ID". The Space ID is the alphanumeric code of your individual model (i.e., the XXXX's in this example: my.matterport.com/show/?m=XXXXXXXXXXX). As far as I know that is currently the only way to have a tour saved to a device and available offline. |

curious...now that the models I needed are downloaded on the ipad if I cancel my hosting and MP memberships, will the downloaded models on my ipad still be accessible? |

I can’t see why they wouldn’t be. It just wouldn’t be shareable. Only viewable on devices that it was downloaded on while account was still active. |
