| Hi, It seems to be a recent phenomenon that a matterport player on mobile(smartphone) is extremely slow. My wifi speed is 243 mbps and an initial loading takes over a minute for a small model. I tried it on multiple other wifi and they have the same problems. However, when I run it on LTE(mobile data), it does not have any problem... Does anyone experience the same issue? If it's the server issue of Matterport then it could be very serious issue for all of us. Thank you Eric |

| Sounds like your wifi network is the culprit here. Show some test results - http://www.testmyspeed.com Also is your device the priority on the WiFi network? Lots of reasons why even with a good connection, your speed will be slow. I haven’t noticed any specific issues with WiFi. |
