It was sunny so I used cortex. At first it went well but then close to the middle it started ruining the whole model even though I stopped using cortex and used normal scanning. Scan Tracker appearing in some (not all) snapshots Queen_City_3D 4 5 yearslilnitsch (5707): @DanSmigrod @Queen_City_3D I'd recommend sending the image along with the tour link to support@matterport.com In the couple instances I have ran into really bad mesh (parts of wall and floor) appearing in the snapshot I have been able to go back and re-take the snapshot to resolve this. Sometimes, it did take 1 or 2 times of re-taking the snapshot to resolve this issue

Show some test results - http://www.testmyspeed.com Also is your device the priority on the WiFi network? Lots of reasons why even with a good connection, your speed will be slow. I haven’t noticed any specific issues with WiFi.
WORKSHOP Problems srennick 9 8 yearssrennick (364): @invelope it took Matterport almost a week to get back to me. 3 browsers with 3 different sets of issues. Chrome is fixed at the moment. Their engineering team is looking at Safari and Firefox. I needed to screen record opening up and accessing workshop while exposing the console (developer view) so they could get a good look at what was going on. I'm still waiting for results.

Before using MirrorOp, I tried with Reflector 2 which supports both AirPlay and Google Cast, but the image froze after a few seconds, like it has been reported by others using ChromeCast. Failed to Generate from Scan NoRC 15 9 yearsNoRC (16): Well thought I would post an update, I sent Matterport an email about the issue. They duplicated the job 4 times, of that 2 actually rendered out and are now available while 2 others failed. So at least the issue is their end and not the upload/shoot.
