| @DanSmigrod There is a lot of potentialities to improve: 1. Reviews. The number of reviews counts. 3 reviews do not cut it. You need to have at least 20. Most Trusted review average score lies between 4.2 & 4.3 Ask every customer for a google review if they have Gmail account and if they don't ask them for a facebook review. All reviews need to be responded to. Especially the negative ones. 2.Your Discovery/Direct ratio is the wrong way around. Need to look at your SEO on your website. You are mostly getting people who are specifically looking for you. 3.Google Maps. There are 4 Billion searches a day on Google Maps. You're not getting your fair share. The photos on Google Maps reflects your business. It is important to showcase your best photos. You need to add at least one new photo a week to Google Maps. Google counts every view and it affects your SEO. Put some HDR pics on. People love them. Also some HDR Panos. 4.Google My Business POSTS. This is a relatively new function. It works like Facebook Page posts. You need to post at least one post a week with a top image and a link to your website, MP tour or whatever you are talking about. Great for SEO. 5. Photo Views. Your photo views are average to below average. Post more and higher quality photos. Hope we are still friends after this Kind regards Leon |
