Hi all. I did a scan for a property yesterday and the door to the basement stuck out into the hallway, so I had to open and close it. Now the tour is getting stalled at that position.... any suggestions?

Hi there, I had this similar problem. Best to disable the scan which shows the door shut. See screenshot of scan below. |

In the capture app, use the trim marking tool to trim out the object that's blocking a hallway. You will want to create a box around the object with the arrows pointing inward. This will remove the 3D object from the 3D model. Then reupload for processing.

@lcorbett Here is a video I made at my home about opening and closing doors in scans. If you go to about 7:30 you will see the capture app and how to do it. I went outside and was unable to pass through to go outside. I had to use the trim tool trick to get outside. I hope this helps you! |

And if your space allows for it, take the door off it's hinges. Extreme, yes, but I've scanned 2 places where the trim thing did not work so I went back, removed the door and rescanned. Problem solved.
