Matterport Trim versus Window tool outdoors?20074

Just curious what people use when they scan patios. I just realized if I use the window tool instead of the trim tool it sort of gives you the view you'd see from the patio. I'm sort of liking it. Maybe I'm just behind and never realized it, but what do you use? Here's two examples with the window tool being used on the right and the trim tool on the left.

I prefer the trim tool. I like the clean look without distortions - i find the window tool often looks a bit distorted.

I scan for a different use case. I only use the mirror tool and I don't use it for all mirrors. But I can see for presentation these tools are necessary, but they really have bad effects on the matterpak pointcloud.
