| He's smoking crack and engaging in "sales talk." He fantasizes about virtual agents (AI) and transactions as easy as subscribing to NetFlix. Not happening. Agents still have a role to play, Buyers will want to inspect the house, negotiate on the findings, and be engaged with their agent, in person. Meanwhile Zillow will shape shift a few more times, burn more investor money, and see if it can actually become profitable.... like a real business instead of a unicorn. |
