| Hi guys, I received a very weird model today from Matterport.. The first floor is connecting to a second floor that do not exist. Just like this:  Because the building is huge, I uploaded in on model the 1st floor and on the other the 3rd floor. Before uploading I isolated each floor deleting all the rest. | That's the first time I see that level of error on one model. Maybe the floors look so similar that it had no idea what floor it was on. | ||

| @franmts I think some scans was positioned in the wrong floor (the upper). Look at your model in the App and see if you note this. If so, move the scans to the right floor. Reupload. It happened to me. Let us know. |

| switching the scans from different levels on the iPad is only beneficial to the user, not the model, but it's worth a try. Re-processing seems to fix some issues when minor markings are adjusted. | ||

| Well, unfortunately there's no other floors to move scans to on the iPad. I did this 1st floor in two days, and the second day was in fact the misaligned side (going up). But that is still very weird, because the 3rd floor took me 3 days to accomplish, was even bigger, and it was all fine. Any chance the angle of the camera on the second day have created this mess?? |

| That is possible. I think you should send it to Matterport support so this can be analyzed and learned from so they can show how to prevent this in the future. | ||
