Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for moving a 3D scan to a another level once a tour has been proceed? In the capture app, I placed the scan on the 3rd level but after processing the scan appears on the 2nd level.

I called Matterport fro suggestion but they say they do not support outdoor scans and were not very helpful.

The tour is of a boat where I normally wait for twilight to scan most of the outdoor areas. However this day it rained at twilight so was not possible.

I was able to scan to the top of the stairs of level three and get one scan captured as level 3. Then I captured 360's. Now I would like to place the 360 on level 3 but the scan point I would like to attach the 360's to is on level 2.

I hope I make some sense!

Thanks for any input. In the future I will try scanning the outdoor areas with the Ricoh Z1 as suggested in this forum.
