Urgent: Matterport camera connection to app10358

| Hello, I was scanning today and then lost connectivity between the camera and the app. The camera shows connected, the iPad shows connected, but the app does not show connected. I rebooted the camera and the iPad and the app each about three times. I even tried to see if it would show connected on my iPhone app but it does not. Any suggestions before I send it out for repair? I left a message at Matterport support. | ||

| Hmmm, that might work. I am supposed to scan for a new relator client in the morning. Does the Insta360 have as good of quality as a Matterport Pro 2 camera? I guess I could try the Insta360 and if the relator isn't happy with it I can offer to re-scan with the Pro 2 camera. |

| @Ghagendorf Search the tag: Insta360 One X for examples. Ricoh Theta Z1 quality will be better than Insta360 One X; if you can find one locally. You and I can tell the difference between Pro2 versus Insta360 One X: agent may not notice a difference. Matterport can not do floor plans from Insta360 One X or Ricoh Theta Z1. Dan |

| This happened to one of my cameras last weekend. I tried everything, but the only solution is exchanging it via matterport. It's part of an issue with one of the beta firmware updates. Sorry! |
