| Hi My iPad gave me a message saying that I have reached capacity for storage on my iPad . The capture App has now 481 GB of the 512 GB storage. It asked me to delete some models and I did find a few duplicates and deleted. What do you recommend as sometimes a model we did have changed their furniture in bedroom and I don’t have t rescan the whole condo just the bedroom. So its nice to have the capture models. What are my storage options? |

| Matterport - Leroy (Matterport Support) Sep 16, 7:55 AM PDT Hi Harry, Thank you for contacting Matterport Support. Storage option on the Ipad are always limited so we recommend always backing up to ITUNES. However in ITUNES you are not able to see your back up physically, but it will be on ITUNES server backed up. When you want to retrieve those files back to the IPAD, you have to plug the IPAD into TUNES and restore from back up when prompted. As for other storage recommendations with the IPAD, we're not aware of that as ITUNES is the storage hub for the IPAD. Best regards, Leroy Matterport Support Engineer |

| beware with deleting duplicates. it is really confusing (we miss a serious instruction for use from Mp about this)you can loose some of the original datas i think. | ||
