But most important if you just keep models in your workshop or its archive you can just download job data on any device and you can use it to update a space. The cool part of it it is cross-platform so you can do a job on iPad initially, send it for processing from there but download it later to android and update a space from Android version of the capture app.

3 yearsWingman (4339): I have found that the best value for money will be a used Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I got one in almost brand new condition for AU$575 I have been hoping to get Samsung Fold(1st generation) just for its big 7" screen when unfolded but it is $400 more for used and they are usually in bad condition even for that price. As far as I know that these two are only two from older models that come with 12GB of RAM.

4 yearsWingman (4339): sorry I see something in transcript about it. Will watch it or read it in full. There is no "Import jobs" option in the capture app, you can only export jobs and it is one by one which can take significant amount of time if you have over 100 of them stored.

The only time I've seen it not do this is when I was exploring the limits of the app. Around 1100 scans the first scan alignment would take 5 to 7 minutes. The app seems to have no concept of where to start and I think it starts at the beginning looking for a match. For the record, I made it to 1144 scans before...

Saw a video about this and it makes a good point, who really has a copyright if Matterport can be forced to take a scan down? This is going to get real interesting. Sounds like there is a complaint coming to the California Attorney General about scan deletions.

6 yearsxiarosh (32): In general, you are right. Except 'text file' . Capture is using SQL-Lite database , where is storing all info about JOBs , your marked features in jobs, uploads info etc.. You can not easily remove or add info about a job to a database if you dont know its structure and fields' destine. We need a person who can create an application for iPad.
