| In North Carolina, I have StateFarm insurance for general liability and coverage on the drone itself. And being a claims adjuster, I view paying for insurance the same as buying a future claim. So ask the what-if use cases and get confirmation from underwriting on how they would handle all the situations you may have to file a claim. On a side note, we had an issue where a drone decided to land in the ocean (DroneDeloy software crapped itself) and we filed a claim and was paid in full for a new drone 10days later. -michael |
