| I have already processed a model. I noticed before making it public that i’d like to convert the exterior 360 into 3D. I made some changes and then uploaded. However I got no uploading percentage circle and thought I thadn’t worked. I then hit upload again. I then logged into my cloud server and saw the same job processing twice. Is it possible to cancel a job mid-processing to avoid charges? Thanks Angus |

| @angusnorriss If you can, not worth worrying about: no charge for reprocessing the older model multiple times. Restart your iPad. Make one small change with Trim Tools and you can upload the new model (if wish). Once the models finish processing, delete the ones that you do not want to count towards your hosting plan. Dan |
