HELP! Matterport Pro 3D Cameras wont charge??8836

aerialpixels private msg quote post Address this user
I have got a job in a couple of weeks time.

Havent beeing using my 2 cameras in awhile.
Both batteries are zero.

I tried charging but the blue light around the power circle flashes 2 times.
According to matterport website, this means its fully charged.
But it isnt.

When power is plugged in, I can turn on the camera, it can connect to ipad
and still states zero battery.

What are the odds that both cameras fail at the same time?

My cameras are generation 1 cams.

Ok solved it.

I think its due to a TOTALLY FLAT battery

So now I charged it by turning it on, but having the charger still plugged in.

Once it goes to about 8% charged, it can charge normally

FYI, storing any equipment with batteries for extended periods of time, you want to charge or deplete them to about 50%. You never want them at 100, they can explode, and you don't want them at zero, because the cells will die.
