Anyone ever have the calibration crosshairs go missing on an Einscan-S theworkshop 1 3 yearstheworkshop (1): Our Einscan-S sat idle during most of the pandemic and I kicked it on the other day to find the light still shines out of the front of the scanner but there are no crosshairs. Without the crosshairs it won't calibrate, let alone scan I suspect. Since the Einscan-S is no longer supported, the only assistance I could get from Shining 3D was a trade-in offer on buying a new one from them.
