I hope someone can help me with this question. I've never given an agent access to see information about their properties directly. If I want to do this. Would I make them a collaborating user and then just give them 'Viewing' permissions for their own properties? And by doing this, would this give them access to the analytics for those properties only? Thanks in advance! |

Video: WGAN-TV Collaborator Short Story #194 Screen Grabs inside Matterport Workshop @eggardner Yes. If you make a Client a Matterport Collaborator, your Client will be able to see the stats on the model - or folder - that you give them access. Matterport Collaborator could use some love by Matterport to make the process easier. Right now, it is a two step process: 1. Invite your Client to be a (User) Collaborator. After they accept, then 2. Assign your Client access to either a specific Matterport 3D Tour or to a Folder 3. [This Step Does Not Apply to You] Set Default Upload Folder for this User Note: User Collaborators can not delete Matterport 3D Tours Some of the video above may be helpful to you. If the end-game is sharing statistics with the Client, @Metroplex360 's MPEmbed is working on automating that process and adding more statistics. (See Screen Grab below). I think, however, there's a limit to the number of collaborators depending on your MP subscription level. | ||
