"We’ve been nurturing an Artificial Intelligence based new product development project for some time behind the scenes, and now it’s time to take it to next level,” says Blue-Sketch President Ismo Rantala. “We will be looking for partners and additional investors in the area of AI engine development, interior design, and 3D modeling."

Blue-Sketch announces
New Strategy, CEO

New Orleans (5 November 2018) Blue-Sketch was founded February 1, 2016 by Petra Soderling, a technology industry veteran with a passion for design and architecture. Her vision was to build a company that embraces Customer Service and uncompromised Quality in every aspect.

Under her leadership the company has created over 5,500 Floor Plans, Virtual Stagings and 3D Renderings, won Best of Houzz awards 2017 and 2018, and acquired over 60 Reseller Clients worldwide. Over the three and half years Blue-Sketch has employed more than 25 freelance designers creating jobs for rising design talent in New Orleans.

Based on her long industry career and successful entrepreneurship, Ms. Soderling has been invited as Senior Advisor to Business Finland, the most important agency for research funding in Finland operating under Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Her role is to provide advise on Information and Communications Technologies in the United States, stationed in New Orleans, LA.

Ismo Rantala appointed as CEO

Starting today, Blue-Sketch has appointed Mr. Ismo Rantala as CEO. Mr. Rantala has a long career in startup investment and acceleration, having built, managed, and fostered startup accelerators and growth incubators in Helsinki, New York City, and New Orleans. Together these investment projects have created, launched and promoted hundreds of technology companies.

New Product Development Strategy

Ismo Rantala was the initial seed investor to Blue-Sketch, and is excited to take the wheel on taking the company to a next level. “Petra has done a great job in creating a service company with a fantastic reputation, solid revenue stream and superior product offering. We’ve been nurturing a Artificial Intelligence based new product development project for some time behind the scenes, and now it’s time to take it to next level” says Mr. Rantala. “We will be looking for partners and additional investors in the area of AI engine development, interior design, and 3D modeling”, he adds.
