Question of the Day: Got a tip for Matterport to Google Street View?

I was thinking the same thing. Should you have two versions of the same tour? Disable the panos in one, publish, upload to GSV then delete it.

@3SixtyNow

I do not understand. Could you say a different way? Or, give examples of the two use cases?

Thanks,

Dan

I haven't done it this way yet. It seems to me that if you are disabling scans you don't want in GSV it would be easier to make a copy of the tour and use that as your GSV tour with the disabled panos. Download it to GSV, then delete the copy so you're not charged hosting for it by Matterport. This way you don't have to worry about reactivating the panos for the tour that goes on your clients' website. Just a thought!

@3SixtyNow

Should the Matterport version and Google Street View version be the same?

So, if you hide scans, it applies to both uses?
