Screen Grab: Whom can do what within CUPIX Workspace (equivalent of Matterport Workshop) Screen Grab: Example of real-time group chat with a link to a specific spot within the CUPIX 3D Tour Hi All, If you have a Client that seeks a way to share 3D Tours privately - likely in commercial construction - CUPIX has nailed it with robust sharing and collaboration. CUPIX Workspace - the equivalent of Matterport Workshop - enables you to share tours with the CUPIX Team Pack Add On: ✓ real-time group chat with a link to a specific spot within the 3D Tour ✓ share privately with Read-Write or Review-Only permissions ✓ Select whom may delete, publish and edit a 3D Tour (examples) "The discussion tool in the Review tab provides an incredibly efficient way to discuss issues with stakeholders. You can easily insert a viewpoint link, which is a hyperlink pointing to the pano with the view angle and the camera zoom factor, and so when the link is clicked the whole scene will be changed to the right spot you want to talk about. Moreover, there are easy-to-use issue management features that enable you to mark a discussion thread Resolved and cross out the issue quickly. Latest comments in the Review tabs across all 3D tours will be aggregated under the Comment History button which is available in the 3D tour list page, and so you can check the latest discussion updates without looking into your email inbox," says the CUPIX website (source). For details about CUPIX Collaboration, please see this CUPIX web page. In contrast, Matterport collaboration - enables you to share access to a 3D Tour or Folder - has not changed in four years. It lacks nearly all features that CUPIX offers. For example, with Matterport collaboration: ✓ no real-time group chat (let alone real-time group chat tied to a specific spot within a 3D Tour ✓ no practical annotation (would have to be done as MatterTags within the 3D Tour) For details about Matterport Collaboration, please see this Matterport web page.
