So in the last year I have been using the mirror trick often to give the effect of the door opening when you get close. Only twice in this time have I run into issues where a barrier is created and I get stuck on one side of the door, not able to go through the door..what causes this? How is it avoided? Not quite sure I understand why it seems sometimes this happens and other times when I do the same thing it doesn't happen...any insight? Do's and don'ts when using the mirror labeling to open and close doors.?

@pixelray Can you post a link to the model and a screen grab from your iPad showing where you are having the challenge? (Heading to a lunch meeting. I will be slow to reply. Perhaps another Member can make suggestions.) Dan |

That link takes you to right beside the closed door. Go to the next scan point and try to go through the door. You can't.

@pixelray Can you do a screen grab of your iPad showing how you trimmed the area that's a problem? Thanks, Dan |

So scan 44 and 45 were the only scans that showed that door closed. To me that door was installed to open the wrong way....it opens up into the living room. So I didn't want scans 44 and 45 to show the back of a door...so I closed the door so you could have clean view back to kitchen. Evidently doing this created a barrier at the door??? |

I have subsequently deleted those two scans and reuploaded. Guess we will see if that works or not.

An alternative is to tag the door with a link to the URL based location of the room you want to enter. You can obtain the exact URL by pressing the u key when you're at the desired location in the showcase. Copy and paste the URL into the link for the tag you place by the door. Hope this helps.
