Hi, I have a first Gen matterport. Pro 3D, it was working with out an issue. Last scan I did was was March. I went to do a scan today in May for a rental I have. I charged it the previous night, power it on and the iPad see's the connection via Wifi. I log into the capture app, it sees the camera and then 10secs later it doesn't see the camera in the app. It goes back to "connect camera". I check the Wifi and the connection is still established. The camera will then turn itself off 30seconds. This had never happened before. I have updated IOS on my iPad to the very latest. I deleted and reinstalled capture app. Updated the firmware on the Pro 3D. Nothing has changed thou. Matterport still drops out 10sec after Capture app is launched. Has anyone experienced this issue? Thanks in advanced. |

@FedTheRealtor Hi There Sorry I have just seen this post now. A long time ago when I first started shooting with this camera I experienced something similar and wasted alot of time trying to figure it out! MP advised me that something else was interfering with the signal and advised me to turn off all electrical things in the area that could be interrupting the signal. This was not an option as I was scanning an apartment in a Retirement Village with 100's of residents all around me relying on different devices (including some devices that were keeping some alive!). I hope they have managed to figure it our for you! Marcia |
