Two Google Local Guide Accounts: Same Phone?6890

Hi All, A Member of the WGAN Forum ask me to ask this question ... The Member has two Google Accounts: 1. One has Local Guide status (personal account) 2. One has contributed a lot of content, but has not accepted Local Guide status (business account) S/he would like to accept Local Guide status on the business account, but is concerned that because s/he used the same phone number, that Google might delete BOTH accounts. S/he is okay deleting one of the accounts, if necessary. Do you know the answer? Best, Dan |

Are they not attributed to your email address? I have 2 on the same phone & GSV app. Although I have not yet tried to delete a redundant account I have thought about it, So I would like to know the outcome myself. Kind regards |

Shouldn't be an concern. If the asker wants different numbers, just use Google Voice to obtain another number. Seems the asker is confusing business listings that should have a unique local number with Locals Guides, which is one of the worst catastrophes that Google has unleashed on the business community. Or Facebook, which requires unique phone numbers for each account. |
