Matterport "Glitch Occured"6861

We have been completing a large job for a commercial retail client who had requested 65 mattertags. My colleague spent 2 and a half hours entering the tags yesterday and we sent the link to the client. A few hours later when she went to view it she contacted us asking "WHY ARE THERE ONLY 5 TAGS?". The additional 60 had disappeared (along with a large portion of our time). I have just messaged support asking why this could have happened and this was the response -

This should not happen again. We had a slight glitch in our database, but everything should have been restored. Depending on timing, if Alex was adding the Mattertags at the time the glitch happened, then you might lose them, but otherwise they should be restored.

This glitch took place Between 2 pm - 4:30 pm PDT (California time) yesterday. Please everyone check on what work you may have done on anything during this time yesterday [Wednesday, 26 April 2018] as it may potentially no longer be there.

I got caught in the same glitch. Lost 3 of my published highlight reels in workshop and had to go back and set them again. Thank goodness I didn't lose the photos just the reel so only had to place them back in the reel and publish them again, but not before one of them had already been posted and looked absolutely horrible as it started in a walk-in closet.
