| Hi All, I still remain confident that Matterport can fix its self-inflicted Kerfuffle. I write about it in this WGAN Forum Discussion: ✓ For Matterport Employees That Are Upset Too In point #7, I write ... Back up the apology with something of value (hosting, processing, GSV publishing) And, while hosting, processing and free GSV publishing for 12 months are nice, they are still not enough to regain trust. Matterport needs to provide Matterport Service Providers with a white-label version of Matterport. This is something this Community has been asking for since the beginning of time. While I would be fine for Matterport to charge extra for this, they need to either provide 12 free months of white-label version, or grandfather in all of our accounts as of today. This would be a grand gesture of good-faith that Matterport is listening - and acting - on what the Community has to say. What do you think? How can Matterport regain our trust? Best, Dan P.S. And, the issue of Matterport Sales and Marketing allegedly data mining our Matterport Spaces to sell our clients Cameras needs to be addressed (in a big way) ✓ Matterport are contacting my clients. |
