As I pointed out in an earlier post in the "safari" browser, the models are incredibly ugly, the white is completely blown. Itt a korábbi posztom: clickable text MY OPINION: After long correspondence, he finally checked the support and just admitted that others had signaled this error. Anyway, it's interesting why it was recognized after the 5th letter. * I think Matterport is not just due to the sale, so look for us to take the camera, but let us know about those mistakes. * Several days have seen the "Safari" browser error. * My customers who use MAC are disappointed. * In my presentations, I'm ashamed and I do not succeed in perfect sales. HERE IS THE SUPPORT EMAIL: Matterport-Marcus (Matterport Support) Jan 10, 10:30 AM PST Hello again Solczi, It's an issue with the browser itself, we've received this feedback from other customers. It's an Apple issue at this point and worth reaching out to them. I've also made our team aware on this end too, though the processing and spaces are the same and no quality has diminished. Warm Regards [redacted] Matterport Support New! Subscribe to system status updates at status.matterport.com. [redacted] |

Hi Helen, hang with me a moment... I just added some code -- would you try again on your Mac with the issue and tell me the version number that it tells you? (Should pop-up an alert message) And then let me know what Browser / Version it says on the ones that work. |

I took off browser detection as I obviously did it wrong. Simply load the page on an effected computer and let me know if this improves it The idea would be to create a page that only applies the fix if using the affected versions of Safari. People can copy it, host it wherever, and embed with that. |

I found another glitch... for a rock n roll themed bar, patrons are upset at the music selection. |

@JuMP - That's essentially what I'm doing -- using SVG Color Matrixes as filters on the embed iframe... | ||

Don't know if this helps but I tested this on the following MacBook Pro, running high sierra 10.13.3, safari is 11.0.3, Chrome is 64.0.3282.167 http://recordit.co/i9nytWQoTR There's maybe a slight brightness in safari, but nothing substantial for me IMO. |

We develop a tool to adjust the bright value of Matterport showcase. Would you please try below link? ( Test under Chrome on Win8.1 only ) http://www.iit3d.com/vMaY4NGr9gvK Notice: Every time you change the value in control panel please click "Close Controls" to apply the value to screen. BTW the above link is a standard link that can support any showcase. For example : if your showcase link is https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=ZY4EhZvCGTj You can use below link to use our tool: http://www.iit3d.com/vZY4EhZvCGTj (just add "v" at the head of the Matterport showcase ID). Here is a compare between original Matterport showcase and adjusted result: http://www.iit3d.com/img/sharpcomp.jpg All the framework and code was based on Metroplex360's https://metroplex360.com/safarifix/, thanks to Metroplex360 for the great idea. |
