Has anyone applied and got the loaner camera for GSV? If so, I need your help!!! I applied about 4 months ago and talked about getting local business and common areas into street view. Yesterday I got an email that my request was approved and they were likely sending the Ricoh camera. See their email text below: "We’ve reviewed your application for a Street View camera loan and based on your project description, we believe a Ricoh camera will be a great fit for your needs. We look forward to seeing your 360 photos on Google Maps." This will be my first real go at Street view and I am not sure how all of the other posts and the recent WGAN video relate to this. Thanks in advance! |

It took about 4 months to hear back so be ready to wait. No input, so I am guessing most GSV pros are using cameras they purchased. Guess I can go at it just like I purchased the camera myself - just have to return this one |
