| For Matterport SPs, do your clients sign a contract / disclaimer prior to scanning a space or do you add a user disclaimer on your email signature or website with a link to your terms and conditions / privacy? If you use a contract, does it cover MP’s terms and conditions on image ownership and privacy or is it a generic photography contract? Do you have them sign the document in person or do you have a Digital way of doing it paperless? |

| We don't ask them to sign anything, but we have it stated on the bottom of our quotes that we follow Matterports terms etc...and on our web site | ||

Hi @Riaan thank you for the suggestion, yes I am. MP was an abbreviation for Matterport. I just searched on their site again and couldn't find any templates would you be able to tell me where to find them? Thank you! Built it myself, still a work in progress. I see you live in Durban, lovely city. Spent quite some time in Africa, big fan of the Wild Coast, have some Bunny Chow for me.  |

| I would highly recommend a section, where your clients agree to the Matterport terms as on normal photography jobs a transfer of rights and unlimited use of the images is possible. That´s not the case with Matterport as they only allow you to use "their" content as long as you pay. | ||
