Check Ticketyview.com, it is a very creative and unexpensive option

@YairYepez I have recently taken over the "Ticketyview" style videos for @Tim. You can check out the options here http://real3destates.com/videos/ Example: |

Snagit also works really well. Easy to use and pretty cheap at $49 for a license you can make as many videos as you want.

Thanks Childert. Do you have any samples you've completed with Snagit? Thanks again.

Most software video capture apps only capture at a low fps which leaves the video a bit laggy. For best results use a GPU accelerated H.264 video encoder like nVidia Shadowplay. Obviously you need an external graphic card. I'm a huge gaming fan so this is not a problem for me

https://vimeo.com/135613368 Here is one I did. Snaggit can capture in fairly high quality if you want and has some editing tools as well to add music, etc. |

Again that is not a very polished example but it took all of 10 min to produce so with a little more effort I could smooth it out nicely.

I need to spend some more time on it and figure out how to smooth it out. I think if I slow the video down some that will help.

Or you pay, and you have not that problem :-)

I will keep playing with it when I have time. I would like to learn to make something similar on my own rather than pay someone else to do it each time. In my market it could be a nice additional up sell item for some Realtor's. Especially the non tech savy ones that are sometimes scared of the 3D Showcase.

https://youtu.be/BIBiB0x-QW8 Created this using snagit. Worked really well. It's more a promo video but includes a 'walk-through' |
