Has anyone else seen this error message?
This is a screenshot a client sent me. He claims both Firefox and Chrome are updated to the latest versions.

Can anyone check to see if they have problems?
The MP showcases are here:

On a side note, you'll notice that there are two separate virtual tours for the same house. For the life of me, I COULD NOT get the stairs to work probably because of the glass. I spent over an hour trying to get it to align. Even marked the glass as mirrors and windows but nothing worked.

Any ideas class?

Is it just one client who is getting that error? And have they tried multiple devices? Could be a graphics hardware or driver issue..

Works fine on Firefox, as long as you didn't scan the upper floor, which is inaccessible.

I also had an real estate agent's assistant not be able to open the link on Firefox or Chrome. This was the screenshot she sent. Browsers are supposedly the most recent. If it got passed this page at all it was just a black screen with the walkthrough, dollhouse and floorplan icons, but no model.

The agent was concerned that if they can't open it and need technical support to get it to work, then how many viewers would have the same issue.

Needless to say, she's not too keen to book a capture until that's not an issue.

@Andrew, in an earlier post you mentioned trying this:

chrome://settings -> Show advanced settings... -> untick "Use hardware acceleration when available" and restart browse

I'll suggest that and see if it helps.
