Many of you remember back in December [2016] how Matterport slashed their price for floor plans from $36 to $15. While it was great news for you it was not so great for Blue-Sketch...at first. Looking back now it was one of the best things that could happen to our business. We HAD to focus on quality and value add to our customers because there was no way we could afford to compete with price. Five months later our sales have bounced back and as a result we are a stronger, healthier company. There's always room for improvement, of course, but I'm working hard to create a platform for all of us to succeed. If you have ideas how we could be better I'm all ears. @PetraSoderling Congrats and thanks for sharing. This is a great lesson for all of us. When a competitor charges less, how will you differentiate your marketing plan to win and keep clients? If you have competition, here's how to make them irrelevant. This is EXACTLY how We Get Around runs our business. ✓ Blue Ocean: Make the Competition Irrelevant Dan |
