Hi All, If there was a Super Bowel of 360º Cameras, it would likely be the Google Street View Summit 10-11 May in Tokyo. And, while publishing 360ºs to Google Street View may not be on your radar, it should. With Matterport all but certain to announce easy, fast and seamless publishing to Google Street View – and 19 other 360º cameras and software doing so as well, your clients will be asking for Google Street View inside of their business. This means new $$$$$ opportunities for you: either being pro-active or reactive. And, Google matters. Think about how you use Google to search. At least a few times that I searched for visual driving directions, I could "drive" into the restaurant to pick out which table I wanted to request. Given that Google search is SO important for location discovery - resulting in transactions like reserving, booking, staying, going, etc. - the ability to capture and publish to Google is a big, big, big deal. I could imagine nearly all the 50+ 360º cameras/platforms seamlessly integrating publishing to Google Street View. So, I am thrilled to be in Tokyo to cover the 2017 Super Bowel of 360º for you: Google Street View Summit. You can check-out all the Forum posts tags GSV17 here. Here are a few of them: ✓ Matterport: Publish to Street View in Tokyo ✓ Matterport to Google Street View: How Much? ✓ Will Matterport Publish All Spaces to GSV? ✓ iGuide at Google Street View Summit Best, Dan |

I am probably one of the rare ones that watched the entire video. I am staying tuned as much as I have time for. I think you should do a live Q/A about your time when you get back. |
