| Hi All, Is Google Street View a threat or an opportunity to your 3D Tour business? Matterport and iGuide will announce conversion and publishing to Google Street View at the Google Street View Summit 10-11 May 2017 in Tokyo. (list of presenting companies) (how to watch the WGAN-TV LIVE stream) If you are a Matterport or iGuide Pro, it's time to think about offering Google Street View too – to have a competitive advantage (until your competitors are offering both too). (About Google Street View Pricing) Many Members of the We Get Around Network Forum offer 3D Tours, such as Matterport, and Google Street View. And, likely do that with two different capture technologies. Now imagine that you don't have to buy another camera and the workflow is the same. What are your thoughts? Threat or Opportunity? | Opportunity - all day everyday! I think this can be nothing but a massive help to everyone's businesses. It would instantly open a whole new avenue for us to market to! For our company who already are a Google Trusted Agency it helps us provide what we already are, at a competitive rate for smaller businesses that don't necessarily need us to pull out the DSLR. No in house stitching needed! I believe this is something we should all be embracing! (if it happens!) |
