| Hi All, Now that Matterport is one of the companies presented at Google Street View Summit 10-11 May 2017 in Tokyo, soon you will be able to publish to Matterport Spaces to Google Street View. This means, your Matterport Camera can help you create: 1. Matterport Spaces 3D Tours 2. Virtual Reality (VR) Tours 3. 360º (I can imagine at Google Street View Summit, Matterport will also announce 360ºs to be downloaded) 4. Google Street View 5. 2D schematic floor plans 6. Point Cloud (.pts) 7. Object File (.obj) 8. Still images (potentially usable when run through Lightroom or PhotoUp) not a substitute for Pro shot So, while it is likely that you bought your Matterport Camera for shooting Matterport Spaces 3D Tours, soon, you will be able to many other uses for viewing and sharing experiences. While it still may seem early for VR – you want to be early; not late – Google Street View is the 800 pound gorilla in the room. Google viewership numbers – of your Matterport Spaces – will explode your viewership numbers - in a good way (to help your clients - and you - succeed faster). All of this is very exciting news for Matterport Pros because you have many new ways to make money: shooting once and publishing as many as eight ways.
