| I've seen other posts suggesting that we educate our clients that the actual processing and hosting of our models is done by a 3rd party (i.e., Matterport) and that although we pay the fees to have them hosted we have no real control if that site goes down. I'm curious... does anyone have any disclaimer forms that they've created explaining that fact which you have clients sign? If so, would you be willing to share the wording you've used? Thanks! |

| Thanks Jamie. You would probably need to do something similar anyway. Even if hosted else where. There are just some things you cannot control and your client needs to be aware. | ||
