| What browser are you using? Try another one to see if you can replicate the result, or get someone else with am iPhone to try accessing the same model |

| Thanks for your help Carlos and Jamie. Safari on iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+. Cellular and WiFi. I was only alerted to it when a client told us they had been trying to get it to work since about 15 hours ago. I've been in touch with Matterport and it looks like it's fixed now. I'd still be interested to here if anyone has had a similar experiences. |
