| Last summer while on a shoot I watch as my Matterport fell over in slow motion hitting the concrete patio. When I restarted the unit initially would not rotate. Then it started to rotate with a rough sound and finally operated normally maybe 15 minutes later (while I was on hold waiting for support. I finished the scan but out of an abundance of caution I had Matterport inspect the unit. They shipped me another unit. Ultimately they found that a gear was cracked. $345 to repair. It was a smooth process and always felt they tried hard to limit my down time. |

| I had a motor error come up this week, contact matterport. Luckily i turned off and on and all good. Hopefully not the start of something looming up. Im sure repair cost and transit to OZ would be expensive |
