Hello everyone! I just ordered a Matterport camera and can't wait to push the limitations of this technology.

To start off, I have the opportunity to scan a church with multiple buildings. The main building is approximately 16,000 sf and has large open/common areas along with multiple other rooms. Another building around 13,000 sf with multiple sized rooms.

My question is, is this even possible. If so please provide any tips or suggestions you may have.

Thank you!

You should be able to scan the whole church.

Personally I would recommend doing the other building separately and linking them with Mattertags. If you have to go outside to link buildings you have to watch out for the sunlight interference. Also, I happen to find that dollhouse views look a lot tidier when there's not a narrow band connecting one building to another, but to each their own.

Good luck.
