Changing Floors by MP387

| My last uploads have always the same problem. The first uploads come back fine, but needs some fine tuning for the windows for the dollhouse. After the re-uploads I get showcases back in which MP changes the floors by it self which looks rediculous. My last one even had a half 4th floor and the 3th floor consist of the 3th floor plus the other half of the fourth floor. It really looked stupid. Every time I do a re upload, I get something else back. It is never consistent. I can't rely one my changes I make, it feels like gambling, hoping for the best, which is not professional. Any one else who experienced this problem, and what to do. Thanks Rik |

| That's an internal Matterport issue, Rik. Nothing we can do about it. They are aware of the problem and are working on it. | ||

| Hope they solve this pretty soon, cause the dollhouse is the only difference with Toursler. And me and my clients love the dollhouse if it is right. | ||

| Has there been any progress on this? I ask as we have the same issue, level 1 & 2 are mixed together along with the ground floor.
