| Hi Abdullah, maybe your start location is in that room, but you have hidden the scans from that room, so you cannot go back afterwards? Best regards Sandra |

| There is an artifact in the doorway because you scanned outside of the room with the door shut. You will have to either reshoot with the door open or trim out the doorway in the capture app and re-upload. | ||

| Hi Abdullah The only thing I can think of is you open the door too late and that is why you can't pass through the opening into the room in question. One other strange thing is when you leave the room you don't move to the next scan point which is just outside the room but you move quite a ways to a SP that's some SP's away, I'm not sure why that is. |

| Gary, The artifact in the doorway is acting like a wall. And the SP just outside the door is behind that "wall". So, when you leave the room ,you are taken to the next SP in line of sight. |
