MatterTags Showing Up in the Wrong Places3282

| Hi there! This is my first thread in this forum, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right... I've just finished my biggest 3D showcase (around 280 scans) of a "particular" Hotel here in Italy, and by the way it looks like their clients are having a lot o fun over there!.. I've added some MatterTags with links to book rooms BUT the problem is: when I look at it with the "Floor Plan" view, those MatterTags for some reason are all around the 3rd floor, and nothing on the 1st and 2nd floor when they are supposed to be... | Hi Luca The tags are OK. What happens is that they are at almost exactly the same x,y location, so when you see them from above they appear to be in the last floor. Perhaps you should try to move them just a little, so you can see all of them in the floor plan view. Other than that, let me congratulate you for this project! |

| Thanks @PieroBortolot and @jfantin for your feedback! My point is though, why if I display the 1st or 2nd floor from the top (floor plan view) those mattertags disappear? I'm still confused... Anyway, thanks so much for your help! |

| I see what you mean. Honestly I have no idea. What I noticed is that the tags't text interfere with the blue dot in some floors when you use the floor plan view, which is not good because you cannot click on them. Although I don´t know if the users will go to the floor plan to make their bookings... Taking a closer look at the model now I realize what you meant by "particular" ha ha ha. Did they pay you in Euros or did you receive "free pases"?  |

| Send in an inquiry to matterport service and make sure they are aware. They should fix the issue so it doesn't show tags on other floors. Let us know how it works out. | ||

| Hi guys, just got an email from MP support saying: Hi Luca, Thanks for reaching out with your concern and I'm very sorry for the delay in our reply. This is a recent bug we've run into and are working on getting it resolved. Once corrected, all your tags should fall into their correct floor automatically. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to know exactly when the bug will be fixed. Best regards, Thought to share with the community! Ciao! |
