I haven't had any issues with clients because of the blur. When you use google street view, the same blur is there. I think it's understood what the blur is. | ||

The lower blurred section I believe is intended to mask out the tripod legs. No explanation with the upper blurred portion. Lens limitation. | ||

Yeah its just lens limitation on both. Below just happens to get rid of the legs as a benefit Instead of a blue, it should have a disc with our inputted details on it. Some other pano software packages allow you to do this |

I was told by Matterport the blur is there due to the limitations of the actual camera angle [it doesn't look directly above or below] Instead of a black hole,.. they put the blur there. |
