I recently started working with our local Redfin office. They're site is built out to highlight the matterport tours unlike other brokers. It's been a good start and look forward to see how that office will grow. | ||

I forgot to mention also that Redfin ran a TV spot in our market in the last 45 days or so that shows glimpses of a Matterport tour. We definitely need more marketing geared toward educating the general public just as Dan mentioned about matterport marketing to potential home sellers. | ||

Redfin in our area has no offices. They just work as referral brokers and discount their fees below what a guy can earn a living at. There was some RUMOR about them being in trouble with the State of California with their 1.5% listing fee. The only Matterport ads I have ever seen are directed to Realtors on Facebook to buy the system. People (real estate agents) in San Diego, like it but do not want to pay for it. |

I've found that most realtors do not want to tie up several thousand dollars in equipment to do the time consuming, tedious work of scanning a property. It's easier for them to call us. | ||
