@ScanYourSpace Thank you, Tom! As an independent field adjuster for insurance carriers, I can confirm the value of pre-loss and post-loss 3D documentation. I offer a word of caution that everyone does their research and is well educated on the appropriate safety and personal protection procedures before entering any damaged structure. It doesn't matter if there has been a fire, smoke, or flood, invisible toxins are hazardous. Unfortunately, many professional inspectors do not set a good example. Don't be embarrassed to mask-up/suit-up! Also, consider how the environment in the damaged area could affect your equipment if not protected or cleaned. | ||

@OrangeHill Oh yes! I agree fully. There's a LOT of hazards with scanning POST loss. Appropriate PPE is needed and not everyone who CAN scan SHOULD scan. | ||
