Video: 2025 is the Year of A.I. for Real Estate Photographers | Digital Twin of Dan Smigrod, Founder and Managing Editor of the We Get Around Network and WGAN-TV Podcast. 2025 is the Year of A.I. for Real Estate Photographers Transcript (video above) Hi there! I am the digital twin of Dan Smigrod, founder and managing editor of the We Get Around Network Forum. 2025 is shaping up to be the year of artificial intelligence for real estate photographers, their real estate agent clients, and for home sellers and buyers. If you're in the real estate ecosystem, you're probably already seeing signs of this transformation—or maybe you're wondering what all the buzz is about. Either way, I'm here to share some exciting ways that A.I. is revolutionizing the way we work, market, and experience real estate. Let's start with real estate photographers—you are the visual storytellers of this industry, and A.I. is helping you do what you do best—faster and better. For example, let's talk about image editing. Imagine you just finished shooting a home, and instead of spending hours tweaking colors and brightness, A.I. handles all the post-production for you. It adjusts lighting, enhances colors, and even creates HDR images—all in minutes. Some tools can even virtually stage the property right within the editing process, adding furniture and decor to empty rooms. Matterport's 2024 Fall Release has introduced some incredible tools to make photographers' jobs even easier. One example is Matterport's A.I.-Powered Defurnish Tool, which allows you to remove furniture and clutter from spaces with a single click. This means you can showcase a clean, modern look without needing to physically move anything. It's perfect for presenting properties in their best light, ensuring buyers can see the true potential of a home. For real estate agents, A.I. offers tools that can automate routine tasks, so you can spend more time building relationships and closing deals. Imagine A.I.-driven platforms that write engaging property descriptions or create marketing campaigns tailored to your listings and audience. These tools can analyze market trends and suggest optimal pricing, helping you stand out in a competitive market. For home buyers and sellers, A.I. enhances the experience by offering personalized recommendations based on preferences and needs. Virtual tours powered by A.I. allow buyers to explore homes in 3D, while predictive analytics can help sellers understand the best time to list their property or which improvements will yield the highest return. A.I. is not just a tool; it's a game-changer for the entire real estate ecosystem. It empowers us to be more creative, efficient, and effective. Whether you're a photographer, agent, or client, embracing A.I. means staying ahead in an industry that thrives on innovation. In conclusion, 2025 will be a transformative year for real estate. The advancements in A.I. are reshaping the industry in exciting and innovative ways. If you haven't already embraced these tools, now is the time. Let's explore the future of real estate together! Practical, actionable ways that are relevant to you. Another key part of this process was using a digital twin—an avatar in my likeness—to deliver the script. Instead of recording multiple takes and spending time editing, my digital twin read the script, saving me time and ensuring you got a clear, consistent read of the content. This is yet another example of how A.I. can enhance productivity by replicating not just voice but also image and likeness. If you're curious about creating your own digital twin, visit: www.WGAN.info/digitaltwin. This collaboration and use of A.I. reflects the very tools we discussed today, empowering people in the real estate ecosystem to do more, better, and faster. If you have thoughts on the role of A.I. in creative collaboration—or want to share your own experiences—I'd love to hear them. Let's keep the conversation going in the We Get Around Network Forumbold text at: www.WeGetAroundNetworkForum.com |

@GlennTremain Thanks for your note. I could imagine -- like me -- you have replaced your Chrome Browser extension so that your default search is via ChatGPT rather than via Google. A night and day difference in sourcing the info I seek quickly and efficiently. Yes. Please ask your questions, when you are ready. Happy holidays, Dan |

@DanSmigrod I did but chatgpt is not all encompassing like google is. It has limits that google does not for my industry as 99% of clients uses google during their search. I am going to make a video about your video soon. Great stuff |
