Has anyone used the new process without the target being used and checked if floor plan is correct in its estimate of square footage?

I just completed a Zillow 3D Home Tour yesterday for the first time without the mouse pad target. The floorplan specifies measurements down to the inch. I didn't compare the floorplan to actual measurements, but it looks pretty accurate to me. It's amazing how the software can figure out closets and fireplaces

I have done a few without the mouse pad and have noticed no change in the accuracy of the floor plans. Floor plans do not show the approx square footage anymore

I'm loving the new setup with no mouse pad! I'll probably do a test next week to see how accurate the measurements are.

A while back, I compared Zillow, Cubicasa, and Matterport against the actual appraiser's floor Plan for a big house. I found that Zillow's measurements were on average 1% larger, Cubicasa was 1% smaller, and Matterport's floor plan was 12% smaller for the appraiser's room dimensions.
