Inman Connect: Zillow Immerse App on Apple Vision Pro Demo Hi All, I received a demo of the Zillow Immerse App on an Apple Vision Pro today (Tuesday, 30 July 2024) at Inman Connect Las Vegas 2024. A representative of Zillow shared with me that a Zillow 3D Home tour is the capture process to create the viewing experience on the Apple Vision Pro that includes: 1. be immersed in a spherical or cylindrical 360 (which is not stereoscopic) 2. navigate via "finger pinch" with menus or "spheres on pins" within a 3D model view 3. "finger pinch" drag to scroll through content You can experience the Zillow Immerse App on Apple Vision Pro by booking a free demo at any Apple store and ask to view the Zillow Immerse App. If you are a real estate agent that is using the Zillow Immerse App in your marketing, please share below. Best, Dan |

What qualifies to be included within the Zillow Immerse App? Are all tours posted on Zillow automatically embedded within the app and able to view? Would help in marketing for sure. | ||

@selder76 I could imagine that all Zillow Home3D Tours show-up because the conversion is automatic. Emily @Hopscotch Can you confirm this? Dan |

I happen to own an Apple Vision Pro and checked it out for myself right when I got it, the experience leaves a lot to be desired, but I appreciate their quick adoption of the new platform and vision for the future. I'd love to see a world where we can use AVP to do virtual renovations, get real time quotes, stage existing furniture or shop for new pieces online. Imagine exploring a digital twin of a home but instead of seeing their furnishings it's your own! for now, there are better VR experiences available natively on Meta headsets You can load other tours into AVP but it's in a window so it's not really immersive |
