| Greetings to everyone. So far, I have been working on an Apple tablet on iOS, but I have noticed that for several months the matterport application has been working very slowly on iOS. Today I used an Android tablet for the first time and I have a problem with 360 to 3D conversion. Every time after selecting the 360 scan it tells me to wait and nothing happens. Anyone know the solution? I will only add that the tablet is new and has good parameters. |

@KfromPoland I only have an Android phone. But look at the screenshot. ![]() You need to place tge 360 on the map. Then tab to de-select it. Then tab again to re-select it. And then you see the menu from the screenshot. Choose the last option and convert to 3D. |

| I checked 3 Android devices. In all of them, after pressing "place on map" nothing happens. only processing information. At first I thought that maybe the tablet needed more time, but even after 5 minutes nothing happened | ||

| This is really strange. The function is available, but not working. What can it be? Insufficient RAM? Not enough performance? | ||
